AGSL and Shooting Stars sponsors the Shooting Stars Academy, which is a year-round program whose mission is to challenge AGSL House players through skills training and practice, with a focus on effort and teamwork.  The goal of the program is to have an Academy team at each age level. 

Academy players continue play with their House teams, but also participate in county league double headers and at least two sanctioned tournaments. This program is intended to provide an additional level of play for qualified girls from the AGSL House League. Tryouts are required.
