Shooting Stars fought valiantly in a pool of 16 impressive teams to succumb in the semifinals to the eventual 14B champions.

Two Walkoff Games in a Row Send Shooting Stars to the Championship

in an impressive pool play going 2-0-1, Shooting Stars fought hard to make it all the way to the Breast Cancer Awareness 14B championship game to become Runners Up in a pool of 12 teams.

Shooting Stars Went 4-1 in Triumphant Beach Bash in Rehoboth

Shooting Stars 14U Black Holloman went undefeated 3-0 in pool play, earning the top seed in their pool for the championship bracket play. Shooting Stars was triumphant in their first bracket game after an over the fence home run from Olivia Hooker. They lost to eventual second place contenders, Gold Coast Hurricanes in the semifinals.

Bright Spots Evident in First Tournament of the Season with More Work to Do

After going 1-2 in pool play, Shooting Stars 14U Black Holloman lose a close game in bracket play after going up 9-6 in the top of the fifth. McLean Magic tied it up; Shooting Stars forced triple extra innings in a tough loss.

Close First Game Ends in Tie; Shooting Stars Cling to Victory in Second Game

Despite seeing their 5-run lead whittled down by the end, Shooting Stars 14U Black Holloman still held off for a 5-4 victory on Sunday. Overall, the team had a strong eye at the plate, were sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error.

Shooting Stars 14U Holloman were awarded rings for earning the most amount of points of all 14U C teams in the state of Virginia for the 2024-2025 season. Go Stars!

CHAMPIONS

Shooting Stars 14U Holloman went 4-1 to make their mommas proud in the one day Momma Won't Mind Mother's Day tournament, showing that they can come back from behind and emerge victorious after playing five games in one day and besting the pool of six!

April 26-27, 2025

CHAMPIONS

Shooting Stars 14U Holloman went undefeated in the Stingray Classic Tournament, going 5-0 on the weekend and besting a pool of eight teams. The last game against their sister team, Shooting Stars 14U May, was an epic come from behind victory, where Holloman was down 10-2, and scored eight runs on eight hits to take the lead in the walk off victory.
